Ken McCracken
President

Mr. McCracken is head of operations. Ken completed his studies at McGill University and has been involved in the industry for more than 15 years. He was responsible for mergers and acquisitions for a large firm for over 9 years.
In his opinion, the greatest challenge that the industry faces is to succeed in adhering to regulatory requirements that govern pharmaceutical production in order to provide its customers with chemicals that meet the highest safety and compliance standards. These strict standards have forced Ken and his team to review all of their practices, including the selection of the people hired, compliance of laboratories, production techniques and storage techniques. Ken believes that the quality of his customer service team is a key factor in A&C’s success and that the major changes implemented in the company over the past few years have proven to the large pharmaceutical corporations that A&C is dedicated to this industry.
Besides work, Ken’s greatest priority is his family. He also enjoys skiing, golf, travel, and a love for his hometown of Montreal.

Luc is actively involved in A&C’s pharmaceutical changes and his priority is to ensure that all the links in the "chain" meet high standards, including those of USP, EDQM and other regulatory bodies. Luc is proud to have founded A&C's Educational Program which has included several techincal conferences presented by USP and EDQM. According to Luc, the fact that the company has been around for more than 40 years is in itself an indication of A&C’s excellent customer service and production quality.
The most important things in his life are family, health and happiness.
